We spend so much time on our to-do lists, but how many of us have a TA DA! list?
Me. I do.
The only way I can get through each day is with multiple to-do lists, reminders, and notes to myself; the joys of neurodiversity.
So a while ago, I decided it couldn’t be all TO DO. There had to be some TA DA!
Every day, I write down at least 3 things I accomplished that I am proud of, so I can have a mini celebration.
I make sure there are always 3, even if I feel like I’ve had a crappy day and not done what I set out to do.
Even if one of them is “I got up and walked into the office”.
And every month, I like to celebrate something I’ve achieved.
This month, I achieved getting ahead with my podcast recordings, and managing to write, edit, polish, and schedule my Notes in the Margin email before the weekend, instead of last-minute on the Tuesday.
Hurrah!
