Day 26: Make a fairytale

Day 26: Make a fairytale

Ooh, a devilish prompt today—but I implore you to give it a go.

Even if you’re strictly a nonfiction writer, there’s a lot of crossover between fiction and nonfiction and creativity is creativity whatever form it takes.

Think about the fairytales you know: their structure, form, character.

Can you come up with a fairy tale fit for 2022?

What type of person might the main character be?

Who would be the villain?

And what about the challenge to overcome?

(My mind immediately goes to current world leaders with delusions of grandeur and sociopathic tendencies… with the hero being our youth, who get to inherit this hot mess)

Set a timer and have a play with some ideas. Happy writing!

TTFN,

Vicky
