What a VIP Book Accelerator Day looks like:
All VIP days are conducted online. In-person days can be arranged for extra fees – just email me with your request!
2 weeks before we get together and make magic
I send you a detailed questionnaire digging into every aspect of your book and your writing process and mindset
I set up a dedicated Google Drive where you can upload your manuscript and everything book-related for me to dive into: barf your book all over me!
You get access to me on Voxer so you can ask me questions about the questions I’ve asked you

1 week before the Big Day
You return the completed questionnaire no later than 1 week before our VIP day to give me time to study your answers
I get in touch to clarify your answers, to request more information, or to give you a big high-five
I tweak my VIP day framework to suit your unique circumstances
The Big Day
This will very much depend on what your individual circumstances are, but this is a rough outline of what the day will look like. 9 am–10.30 am: Strategy Session 1
We get onto Zoom and talk through your book and your brain:
Your Big Idea
Why you’re writing
Why you stopped
Where the resistance is coming from
Any specific obstacles or challenges
I set “homework” to do for the next hour, before we meet up. This homework will depend on what specifically you’re finding challenging, but worksheets/tasks may include:
Creating (or tweaking) your Reader Journey
Detailing your Writer Journey: how your book fits into your wider life and business
Mindset work: working with your inner voice, resistance, and fear
Your key message
Rewriting a chapter
Writing an introduction or conclusion
10.30 am–11.45 am: Writing Session 1
Writing time: You go offline and work on the “homework” I set during our strategy session.
I go offline and conduct a high-level review of your book structure so far, looking at:
Chapter structure and order
Narrative structure and thread
Starting and finishing strong
11.45 am–12 noon: Quick check in
We get back together and go through your “homework” before breaking for lunch.
12 – 1 pm: Lunch
Go eat!
1.00 pm–2.30 pm: Strategy Session 2
We get back together and go through my high-level review of your book structure, and any suggestions I may have.
We identify a good place for you to start writing today before the second writing session, and outline the structure of that chapter in detail.
2.30 pm–4 pm: Writing Session 2
You go offline (or stay online if you like) to work on your piece.
I go through your book based on what we talked about in Strategy Session 3, and put together a timeline for finishing and publishing your book, so you have a step-by-step guide.
I am available either online via Zoom or via Voxer for questions/cheerleading/butt kicking as you write.
4 –5 pm: Strategy Session 4
We celebrate how much you’ve accomplished today and look at next steps for your book:
We go through the Editing and Publishing Timeline together: we’ll tweak it to suit you and your schedule and future plans
I answer any questions about the pieces you wrote today
I answer any other questions you may have about writing or publishing this book
We map out the Power Hours you’ll be attending (BONUS ALERT!) over the next month and set concrete targets for you to achieve

Post-VIP Day
Book Coach In Your Pocket: every weekday for 30 days I nudge you — with a personalised writing prompt based on the work we’ve done together, with encouraging words, or to answer a question you have
Access to me via Voxer or email to answer your questions and keep you on track for one month.
You get forever access to all the recordings and worksheets
I send over any notes I made during the day
I send over the Finishing and Publishing Timeline
I send over your Get Your Book Out There Checklist
I send over your agreed schedule for attending Power Hours, complete with targets
