Tantrums to Titles 👠

Tantrums to Titles: that was the name of the talk I gave yesterday at Circle Networks Live24.

I stood up in front of a couple of hundred people…

Shared some of my favourite book writing wisdom…

And was beyond delighted when so many people said their big takeaway from the day was that they wanted to write a book of their own!

Also: I never ever wear heels and you’ll note from this photograph that I was absolutely rocking a pair of bright pink spiky-heeled boots and I DID NOT FALL ON MY FACE.

This is an epic double-win for me.

The whole day was a brilliant vibe, kudos to the main man Jamie Stewart for organising such a wonderful group of humans and for bringing Yorkshire Tea.

And hats off to the speakers — the standard was SO high.

I’m not gonna share my whole talk here, of course — but I am gonna share 6 reasons why writing a book would be epic for your business:

You have an idea worth sharing + a story worth telling (you do — even if it’s not “unique”, your perspective is).
To become a better writer and communicator (conversations, sales, social media, getting your kids to tidy their rooms).
You’ll pull amazing people towards you and create die-hard fans + clients (it filters the right people from the wrong ones).
Experts write books (you can’t fill a book if you don’t know your stuff).
